Detailed presentation of the project's content

The "Elisa eLearning and HR System" project aims to develop an innovative, cloud-based SaaS platform that combines corporate e-learning with comprehensive HR functionality. The system is built on Oracle APEX-based low-code/no-code technology, making it quickly and cost-effectively customizable. Its integrated HR module covers recruitment, employee records, performance evaluation and training management, while its built-in Big Data analytics provide real-time reports, predictive analysis and KPI monitoring.

The platform runs on a modern cloud infrastructure, is scalable, secure and mobile-friendly, with a native app and offline access. It supports Digital Citizenship functions (e.g. digital signature, identification), multilingual use and international standards.

Results to be achieved

The project contributes to the digital transformation of SMEs, reduces administrative burdens, increases the efficiency of training, and fully aligns with the objectives of the DIMOP Plus programme.

The project is implemented under the Széchenyi Plan Plus programme, with the support of the European Union and co-financing by the Hungarian State.
