Enrol Consulting Kft., hereinafter the "Controller", informs data subjects, prior to commencing any data processing carried out through this website (hereinafter the "Website"), about the facts relevant to such processing, in particular the purpose of the processing, its legal basis, and its duration. This privacy policy also covers the rights of data subjects in connection with the processing and the available remedies.

Definitions

Personal data: any data that can be linked to the data subject, in particular the data subject's name.

Controller: the natural or legal person, or organisation without legal personality, who or which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes of the processing of data, makes and carries out decisions relating to the processing (including the means used), or has such decisions carried out by a processor commissioned by it.

Processing: any operation or set of operations performed on data, irrespective of the procedure applied, in particular collection, recording, organisation, storage, alteration, use, retrieval, transfer, erasure and destruction of the data, as well as preventing their further use.

Processor: the natural or legal person, or organisation without legal personality, who or which, on the basis of a contract concluded with the controller — including a contract concluded pursuant to a legal provision — carries out the processing of data. It is responsible for compliance with data protection rules.

Consent: the voluntary and informed indication of the data subject's wishes by which they signify agreement, based on appropriate information, to the processing of personal data relating to them, whether in full or in respect of specific operations.

Data processing related to the Website's services

1. Contacting us via the contact details provided on the Website

Purpose of processing: enabling contact with the Controller and inquiries about the Controller's business activities and services.

Legal basis of processing: the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Scope of personal data processed: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. The scope of personal data processed depends on the manner of contact and the personal data contained in the inquiry. We only process the personal data collected during contact to the extent necessary to respond to the inquiry.

Duration of processing: the personal data you provide are deleted 6 months after the first message or contact. If the data subject withdraws their consent, their data will be deleted before the expiry of the 6-month period specified in this section.

No data transfer takes place.

2. Data processing related to job applications

Job applications are received at enrol@enrol.hu. This processing serves to notify applicants and to maintain contact in connection with their application.

Legal basis of processing: the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Scope of personal data processed: your name, phone number, e-mail address, as well as any other personal data provided to the Controller through your application materials, in particular the content of your CV.

Duration of processing: the personal data you provide are deleted no later than 6 months after the selection process for the recruitment of new employees has concluded.

No data transfer takes place.

3. Measuring website traffic (Google Analytics)

Purpose of processing: measuring website usage, improving user experience, identifying errors and optimising content.

Legal basis of processing: the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given via the cookie banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the banner or the browser's cookie settings.

Scope of data processed: Google Analytics cookies record the pages visited, browser type, device type, duration of the visit, clicks, and a shortened form of the IP address. The measurement is carried out using the services of Google Ireland Limited.

Duration of processing: for the lifetime of the cookies used by Google Analytics, or until you withdraw your consent. Further information on Google's data processing terms is available on the Google Privacy Policy page.

Data transfer: to Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited.

Your rights regarding the processing

Under Articles 15–20 GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. right to information;
  2. right of access;
  3. right to rectification;
  4. right to erasure;
  5. right to restriction of processing;
  6. right to data portability;
  7. right to object.

You may exercise your rights by sending a request to the contact details provided above.

Under the right of access, you may request information as to whether your personal data are being processed, and if so, you may access the personal data and obtain information about the security safeguards of the processing.

Under the right to rectification, we will correct inaccurate personal data and complete incomplete data without undue delay, upon your request.

Under the right to erasure, we will erase your personal data without undue delay in the following cases:

  1. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  2. the consent on which the processing is based is withdrawn, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  3. the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  4. the personal data must be erased under applicable law.

We may not erase personal data if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Enrol Consulting Kft. processes data only to the extent and for the period necessary to perform its tasks. The Processor permanently deletes personal data for which the processing period has expired.

Upon request, we restrict the use of personal data under the right to restriction of processing, in which case the personal data are used only for specific, limited purposes. Under the right to data portability, provided this does not infringe the rights and freedoms of others, we will send you your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Information on remedies: if a request for rectification or erasure is refused, Enrol Consulting Kft. informs the data subject of the possibility of judicial remedy and of lodging a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Secure data processing

We take appropriate steps to protect personal data to ensure that they do not fall into unauthorised hands and cannot be misused. Enrol Consulting Kft. protects the data it processes with appropriate measures against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, erasure or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction and damage and against inaccessibility resulting from a change in the technology applied.

Enrol Consulting Kft. designs and carries out its data processing operations in such a way as to ensure, in applying the GDPR and the Hungarian Information Act as well as other rules relating to data processing, the protection and enforcement of data subjects' privacy (right to informational self-determination).
